Last week, we met with the USDA inspector. He received our HACCP and SOPs that we had written up with the help of a professional. We should recieve our kill dates in the next two- three weeks. What's that mean? It means our calendar will fill up! So if you've been waiting to book, get it done now. It also means we can start stocking our meat cases!

June 9,2021- We have talked to the inspectors and they said as soon as we are ready we can start inspecting . What does that mean? That means we can open the market! We are so excited to offer this service to the community. Within the market, we hope to provide several options of meats, ready to cook meal packages, a Made in Oklahoma area and a small boutique.
